Getting Started

How do I get started with OzomTrade?

Simply contact us via our Get a Quote form or email hello@ozomtrade.co.uk. We'll arrange a brief discovery call to understand your volumes and requirements, then set up your merchant account and API access within 48 hours.

Is there a minimum order volume to use OzomTrade?

No minimum volume required. We work with startups processing 50 orders/month as well as enterprises processing 50,000+. Our pricing model scales with you.

How long does onboarding take?

Most clients are fully live within 5–7 business days. This includes platform integration, inventory receiving, and test order processing.

Fulfillment & Shipping

What is your same-day dispatch cut-off time?

Orders received and confirmed before 3:00 PM GMT Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after cut-off are dispatched the following business day.

Which carriers do you work with?

We work with Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx, Yodel, and Evri. We automatically route each order to the most cost-effective and reliable carrier based on destination, weight, and your preferences.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to 150+ countries with full customs documentation, duties calculation, and tracking. We also offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping options for a seamless customer experience.

Pricing & Billing

Are there any setup fees or long-term contracts?

No setup fees and no long-term contracts. We operate on a rolling monthly basis. You can scale up, scale down, or leave with 30 days' notice.

How and when do you invoice?

We invoice monthly in arrears for all fulfillment, storage, and shipping costs. Payment is via BACS or direct debit. We provide fully itemized invoices for complete transparency.

Technology

What platforms do you integrate with?

We natively integrate with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, eBay, and Amazon. We also have a REST API for custom integrations with any platform.

Do customers receive tracking information automatically?

Yes. Tracking numbers are automatically pushed back to your store and can be configured to trigger your existing customer notification emails.
